Bike won't start

Ok, I've gotten my bike back together finaly after 3 weeks of waiting on parts and putting it all back together, but now it won't start at all...It won't turn over, no sound at all. I do have lights and a horn and I just adjusted the automatic decompression cable. Any ideas?
